What Founding Member registration means
Submitting the form records an expression of interest in the current First 100 programme. It is free and non-binding. It does not create a purchase, subscription, investment, partnership, shareholding, reservation contract or obligation on either side to buy or supply software.
A number identifies your position in the current interest database only. It does not guarantee beta or product access, continued programme membership, a launch date, product feature, price, discount, saving, certificate, coin, Founders Wall entry or other benefit. Any future offer will have its own details and, where appropriate, separate terms for you to review before deciding whether to take part.
Product descriptions and availability
Mock-ups, roadmap items, feature descriptions and status labels show current ideas and intentions. They are not finished software, warranties or binding commitments. Research may change, postpone or discontinue any feature, programme or launch. No claim is made that Keystra will save a particular amount of time or money or produce a particular business result.
Accurate registrations
Please provide information you are entitled to submit and keep your email address accurate. Keystra may remove duplicate, automated, abusive or misleading registrations and may close or change the interest programme.
Acceptable use
You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the site, introduce malicious code, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person or use automated traffic in a way that disrupts the service.
Intellectual property
The Keystra name, visual identity, original website content and software are owned by or licensed to the operator. You may view the site for personal or internal business evaluation but may not commercially copy or reuse it without permission.
Links and availability
We aim to keep the page useful and accurate but do not promise uninterrupted access. External services and links are controlled by their respective operators.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability where exclusion is unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, this free pre-launch information is provided without a promise that it is suitable for a particular business decision. Do not rely on mock-ups or roadmap ideas as available operational software.
Privacy and changes
The privacy and analytics notice explains personal-information use. These website terms may change as the project develops; paid services or software access will require separate, fuller terms before they are offered.
